In order to purchase a Product, the visitor/healthcare professional must register. After registration, the Company will check the information provided and its accuracy and will allow or deny access.
Registration is done by entering their details in the “Register” option to create their personal account to which they will have exclusive access, so that they can easily and quickly make their purchases at a later time, without it being necessary to enter their details each time they wish to make a purchase.
Also, those visitors/members/health professionals who wish to do so may receive informative electronic messages (‘Newsletters’) from the Company, by subscribing to the Newsletter recipient list, by which it is presumed that they consent to receiving them. The Company reserves the right to cancel the order, as well as not to proceed with its execution, in the event that it is determined that the Customer has declared false or incorrect information in the Order Form or in the event that information in the order cannot be confirmed and/or does not correspond to the current pricing policy.
The Company reserves the right to send the ordered products in parts if this is deemed appropriate for reasons that serve the shipping system and the Customer. The Customer is not charged additional shipping costs. The Company reserves the right not to send the order from the moment an amount due – shipping and/or product value – is determined until the amount is finally paid.
Each Customer has the right to cancel the order of Products he/she has sent within two (2) hours of sending the relevant order to the Company, by sending an email to info@maxyn.eu. Cancellations of orders that have been sent are not accepted, and the customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs.
Any return of products is accepted only if it is made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product for products delivered within Greece. The return must be accompanied by a fully completed withdrawal form. The returned product must be unused, in excellent condition, exactly as it was before the sale in its packaging and with all its contents. The product that is returned must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. In the event that the product delivered presents a problem during its operation/is defective in the opinion of the Customer, the Customer is obliged to inform the Company as soon as possible about the problem that occurred. If the company actually certifies that the product is defective, it will be replaced with another identical one.

In order to complete your order, after depositing the money into the above bank account, you must send us the deposit receipt to the Mail info@maxyn.eu. The order amount must be paid in full. Any bank charges are fully borne by the customer. In the event that the customer deducts any bank charges from the total amount of the order, the company reserves the right not to ship the order until the total cost of the order is paid in full.
The delivery time filled in during the order is indicative and in no way binding for its execution and receipt.
Access to the Member Account requires the use of the “user name” and the “secret password”, which are sent to the Member by the Company after registration and after the data has been checked by the Company. In the event that Members detect unauthorized use of their data, they must immediately inform the Company by sending a relevant message to the e-mail address info@maxyn.eu in order for the Company to proceed with the deletion of the Account and their personal data.
